William Harvey Fox Jr.

May 18, 1952 — November 25, 2025

Albuquerque, New Mexico

On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, William Harvey Fox Jr. went home to be with His Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. By his side was his wife of 24 years, Debbie. Harvey was born on May 18, 1952, and grew up in Northern Virginia. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Roy and Bonnie Hawkins of Alexandria, VA and paternal grandparents, Horace and Ione Fox of Alexandria, VA. Harvey is survived by his mother, Shelby Hawkins Fox of Alexandria, VA and his father, William Harvey Fox Sr. of Rixeyville, VA. He grew up in Northern Virginia with his three siblings Susan Fox Stocks (Hank), Sharon Fox Cerce (Tim) and Stephen Fox (Judy). Harvey had three grown children, Harvey Fox III (Marci), Jennifer Fox Jenkins (George) and Jason Fox. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Madison Fox Triplett (Cody), Roy Fox (Shelby) and Noah Fox. A fourth grandchild, Tyler Jenkins, is deceased. Harvey was a great-grandfather to Ellie Rose.

Harvey grew up in northern Virginia and loved playing in the woods and fishing and hiking. As a father he loved and was proud to go to all the kids’ swim meets and teaching them about animals… especially chickens and pigs.

Later at 50 yrs old, in Florida, he met the love of his life and finally gave his heart and life to his Lord, Jesus Christ.

He was raised in church but ran from God for many years…until that awesome, life changing night that he decided to stop running…. He became a warrior for the kingdom of God in a very short time.

Together Harvey and Debbie started several successful ministries, and came alongside many others, working with and helping and feeding anyone and everyone that God put in their path. With the help and support of many wonderful people along the way, he strived to go and do whatever his God directed whether that meant living in a garage or a nice apartment, in an old unfinished building with cobras in South Africa or with polar bears in Alaska. Going to very large churches in big cities and doing ministry or a smaller church and grilling hotdogs in a parking lot for the homeless.

His last 24 years were an adventure unto the Lord and now he is in his Lord’s presence and seeing ALL the colors of the rainbows and fireworks for the first time!

Thank you Harvey for 24 wonderful, rollercoaster, devoted, loving years my love….. your Bigbird!
