Wayne Onecimo Capps

Wayne Onecimo Capps, aged 44, was a vibrant soul who graced the world with his presence on January 8, 1981, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He departed this life peacefully on May 4, 2025, at his cherished home in Canon, New Mexico. Wayne leaves behind a legacy enriched by the love of his family and friends, including his devoted parents, Helen and Terry Capps, and his siblings: Hubert Dahl, William Dahl, Genevieve Griego, Joy Gonzales, Shelly Aaron, and Cheryl Slone. He was also a proud uncle to many nieces and nephews, as well as a loving companion to his four beloved furbabies.

Wayne’s creative spirit shone brightly through his exceptional talent as an artist. His passions included everything from the empowering tales of Wonder Woman and the adventurous journeys of Star Trek to the thrilling games of the 49ers. Known for his infectious laughter and life-of-the-party demeanor, Wayne made a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.

Though Wayne has moved on from this world, he will forever remain in our hearts, remembered for his warmth, humor, and strong opinions. A celebration of Wayne's life will be held in Canon, New Mexico, at a date yet to be announced. May we honor his memory and carry his spirit forward, cherishing each moment as he would have wanted us to.
