Vivian Garcia

Vivian Garcia, 65, was called by our Lord on February 5, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Vivian’s beautiful smile, unconditional love, and joy of holiday decorating and cooking will be deeply missed.

She was an inspirational daughter, wife, mother, aunt, and cousin. Vivian is preceded in death by her daughter Deputy Angelic Garcia, her parents Cresencio and Frances Moya, mother-in-law Orialia Herrera, brother Felix Moya, brother-in-law Raymundo Apodaca, and nephew Brian Gurule.

Vivian is survived by her beloved husband of forty eight years, Mike Garcia, her son Mikie Garcia and partner Gerald Pacheco, siblings Esther and husband Ivan Castillo, sister Diane Moya, sister Bertha Apodaca, brother David and wife Debbie Moya, sister Elena and husband Gabriel Gurule, brother Gilbert Moya, and sister Evelyn and husband Arthur Pedroncelli, and aunt Cleofas Chavez. She is also very much loved by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 10:00 am, followed by a Rosary at 10:30 am, and Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at Holy Family Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105.  Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
