Valerie Arguello Trujillo

Valerie B. Arguello Trujillo 59, a resident of Chamisal New Mexico
passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023. Valerie was
preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Eliziada Arguello, her
son Shane Arguello, maternal grandparents Concepcion Gilberto
and Elviria Lopez. Paternal grandparents Eluid and Eliziada
Arguello. Uncle Gilbert Lopez. Her godparents Anival and Reyes
Lopez. Her cousins Benito & Eric Ortega. Valerie loved her family
very much. She loved to go fishing, was a very good cook, liked to
sew & always loved to have company over. She will be greatly
missed by all those who knew and loved her. Valerie is survived
by her husband of 20 years Bill Santiago III, her son Dominic
Arguello, her brothers, Joe (Lucille) Arguello, Ivan Arguello and
Benny (Lori) Arguello and her sister Lydia Lopez Arguello. Her
grandchildren Dominic Jr & Jacoby Arguello. Her nieces and
nephews: Joe Arguello III, Azul Arguello, Darice Arguello, Jerold
(Fran) Arguello, Alex Arguello, Clayton Arguello, Zeek Moyer,
Bethany Arguello, Jerold Arguello Jr. Her Aunts Libby Nora
Ortega & Esther Lopez. Her mother in law Martha Bachicha, her
sister in law, Sarah (Rick) Duran, her aunt Isabel & Cecil. And
many Uncles, Aunts, Cousins & Friends. Memorial service will be
held on May 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Emmanuel Presbyterian
Church in Penasco, NM, burial to follow at the Upper Chamisal
Cemetery in Chamisal, NM & a meal to follow at the Fellowship
Hall-Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Penasco NM.
