Tonianne Vigil

Born on July 27th 1960 to Tony and Patty Vigil in Espanola, New Mexico. Died on August 9th 2025 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 

Tonianne was survived by her father, Tony Vigil (and wife Viola Luna), and by her brother Angelo Vigil (and brother-in-law Richard Chipperfield). 

Tonianne also considered as her step-daughters Monica Munoz and Jessica McKenzie.

Prior to her death, Tonianne had a living funeral, at her own request. 

Special pallbearers, at her request, were Richard Chipperfield-Vigil, Clara Padilla, Loretta Cordova, Loretta Sanchez, Lillian Sanchez and Tom Perez.

Honorary pallbearers were Eneda Sanchez, Annabelle Gonzales, Sandy Gustina, Lily Fernandez, Diane Redhouse, Sandra Sanchez and Charline LeGrange.

In accordance with her wishes, Tonianne had a private interment and a plaque of remembrance will be placed in Espanola, New Mexico.

Tonianne said she had a blast and she remembered all the special memories and adventures that brought a smile to her face. She also wanted everyone to ‘take care of Clara and be there for her’.

Arrangements were entrusted to Trujillo Family Funeral Home.
