Sean Jeremy Alderete

November 21, 1989 — August 9, 2025

Sean blessed our lives when he came to us November 21, 1989. He broke our hearts when he departed from this earth on August 9, 2025. We were all blessed to say we knew him. Who could forget Sean, he was an intelligent, soulful, comical presence that could not be ignored! Our beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, grandson, friend, brother in Christ, and our lil homie will forever live in our hearts and memories. Simply the best!! As the eldest of his siblings he was a natural protector and a born leader. He could make you mad, cry, and laugh all at the same time, brilliant! If he spent any time joking, laughing, or disagreeing with you, that was his way of showing love, care, and affection for you. Wow, what a jokester with a hefty left hook! An endearing smooth operator. Anyone would definitely be shook with his intensity, depth, and brutal honesty. Sean was fueled with boldness and fearlessness which is what most people strive for in this life, not him! He had it in the bag, These qualities came natural to him…. What a cool cat! GOD blessed him with talent like no other. Sean was a talented artist with a particular flair for Chicano art. This was his story telling of how he saw the world. His grit and heart for boxing earned him publicised recognition to the world as the Jr. Olympic NM State Champion. Let’s not forget how undeniably handsome he was with a smile so infectious you couldn’t help but smile back. His eyes shimmered revealing his genuine soul. That was Sean in his true form of greatness! Never forgotten! Orale! He loved to groove to the oldies, 90’s rap, and even some rock and roll which brought us all closer together. A form of communication that had no judgement or worry, just awesome memories of time spent with our beloved Sean. When you heard his beautiful voice singing or caught a glimpse of him cutting a rug, that was Sean sharing his time and love for each of us. This is just a small testament to how Sean spent quality time with his family. The echoed memories of him and his brothers quarreling over toys and in later years teasing his younger brothers and sister were all displays of affection we will miss. Sean Jeremy Alderete our boy, we love you more than words can say. It’s NOT goodbye but SEE you later! Not lost but found. You came back home to all of us where we were able to send you off with the supreme dignity and honor you deserved. Sean we will meet again, on another level where you’re restored to the masterpiece we always knew you to be AND where you sit at the right hand of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen
