In loving memory of Salvador Arellanes

January 10, 2026 Salvador Arellanes, was a man with a big heart and an even bigger smile.

Sal passed away on January 10, 2026. Salvador was a father, a protective brother, and a loyal friend who spent his life ensuring those he loved were cared for.

He was a gifted athlete and dedicated student. Through wrestling, Sal was one of the best. Earning a full scholarship to Kansas City University. But In an act of profound love and sacrifice, he declined the scholarship to remain home and care for his sick mother Gloria Espinoza in her final days.

His commitment to his family began as early as 16, working to support the household even during the most difficult times. He achieved professional greatness in becoming a Master Electrician, a path inspired by his brother Edgar.

To say that Salvador was the cornerstone of the family would be an understatement. Not only was his siblings biggest supporter, but was an inspiration to everyone around him. Being anchored to his childhood friends from 5th grade still in his life today. On every job site he was known for his laughter, jokes, and his ability to brighten anyone's day. Spending time with his father, Agustin Arellanes; his siblings Gloria, Edgar, and Isabel Arellanes; his nieces and nephews, Javier, Liliana, Jayben, Alyssa, Marisa, and Karina. But most importantly his children Sophia Arellanes and Adrian King.

Salvador fought hard to overcome his illness, and while his family misses him deeply, they take comfort knowing he is no longer in pain and has been reunited with his family in heaven.
