Rosalie Ann (Rose) Jojola Rodriguez

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved sister Rose. She was called by the Lord on June 26th, 2023. Rose was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Rose was born to Jesus & Lillie Rodriguez July 1st, 1970. After graduating high school, Rose pursued a career in education; she became a teacher for YDI. She was passionate and devoted to her work and was loved by her students and their parents.

Rose and Dale were married for many years. Dale helped raise her two young children, and Rose was also our father's caretaker until his passing in 2015. Rose and Dad were one of a kind.

Rose was strong-willed and stubborn at times but had an ENORMOUS HEART. She also had a great sense of humor. She will be remembered for all the heart she shared with her family and friends. She truly loved each of them. She touched our hearts in ways that words can never fully express. As we mourned her departure from this world, we take comfort in knowing that her spirit will forever guide and protect us.

Rose is survived by her husband Dale, daughter Stephanie Rodriguez (wife Regina), granddaughter Alexa; son Martin Rodriguez, daughters Mia and Alazay Jojola; stepson Daniel (wife Brittany), grandkids Daniel Jr., Juliana, Kaydence.

Brothers and Sisters: Gloria & Gary Fain, Sue & Pete Benavidez Barbara & Jerry Miller, Anthony & Diana Rodriguez Carol Guthrie & Willie Baca Jr., Andrea & Norman Martinez Emily & Larry Trujillo, Rick & Stephanie Rodriguez Victoria & Anthony Loya along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents Jesus & Lillie Rodriguez grandson Martin Jesus Rodriguez Jr., father and mother-in-law Daniel & Eva Jojola, sister-in-law Bernadette Jojola, niece Monica Corona.

On behalf of Dale and the family, we would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our nephew Larry J. Vigil and Dale's sister Evadel Garcia for their unwavering support through this difficult process. Your kindness will always be remembered and cherished.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 25th at 9:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, located at 562 Atrisco Dr SW Albuquerque NM 87105

Immediately following the mass Internment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd. NE, Albuquerque NM 87102

Afterwards, Rose's family and friends are all welcome back to Holy Family Parish Hall for a luncheon.

Rest in peace Rose; you will forever be loved and missed.

With all our love,

Your Family
