Roland G. Boudreau

February 13, 1945 — January 22, 2024

Roland G. Boudreau of Rio Rancho, N.M. left this life at his home on January 22, 2024, at the age of 78.

Born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island on February 13, 1945, Roland led a remarkable life filled with love and adventure.

He proudly served his country as a Veteran of the United States Air Force, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to protecting and serving others.

After his military service, Roland embarked on a fulfilling career and retired from the United States Postal Service.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Roland possessed an incredible array of talents. He was not only a gifted artist but also an accomplished carpenter and author. His creative spirit knew no bounds.

Laughter was a constant presence in Roland's life, as he found joy in spreading laughter wherever he went. His infectious sense of humor brightened the lives of all who knew him.

Roland was known for his adventurous spirit and love for travel. He cherished his time exploring the vast landscapes of North America in his beloved RV. From coast to coast and north to south, he ventured far and wide, creating unforgettable memories along the way.

However, above all else, Roland cherished his family. His memory will be treasured and kept alive by his loving wife, Loretia; his daughters Cheryl Bailey and Brenda; his children by marriage DeAnna and Randy; as well as his eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. The bonds they shared were unbreakable, fueled by a deep love that transcends time.

As we mourn the loss of Roland's physical presence in our lives, let us remember that he will always remain a part of us. Love has a way of intertwining souls, and in that eternal connection, Roland will forever be with us. By cherishing the memories we shared and carrying his spirit in our hearts, we can find solace in knowing that he now sees what we see and feels what we feel.

For Roland, death is not an end but a continuation of his journey. Like the wheel of life, he now travels through the four directions—north, south, east, and west—with a liberated mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

May he find peace and fulfillment in this new chapter of existence. And may we honor his memory by embracing the love and laughter he imparted upon us all.
