Raymond Garcia, Jr.

Raymond Garcia Jr, of Albuquerque, NM, died unexpectedly on July 27, 2022, at the age of 57.

Raymond was proceeded in death by his father, Raymond Garcia Sr., brothers Matthew Garcia and Leroy Garcia. Raymond is survived by his wife, Tracy Garcia, son, Zachary Garcia, step son, Jeremy Garcia Jr., grandchildren, Landon and Elijah Garcia, mother, Stella Garcia, Sister, Della Andersen, brother, Jeremy Garcia, and many others.

Raymond was born in Albuquerque, NM on January 8, 1965 to Stella and Raymond Garcia. Raymond was a hard working man that learned to drill water wells at the age of 14 and went on to open his own well drilling company. On March 19, 2011, Raymond married his wife Tracy. They welcomed their son, Zachary into the world on September 8, 2004, and Zachary immediately became the most important part in Raymond’s life.

Raymond was a devoted father and husband whose passion was traveling with his family. He enjoyed going to the lake, taking tropical vacations and going on cruise’s. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him. 

A rosary will be prayed at 6PM, Friday, August 5, 2022 at Trujillo Family Funeral Home followed by public visitation.   The family will be meeting at the funeral home on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 10 AM for a final farewell and procession to Mt. Valley Cemetery in Edgewood, NM for burial.  A potluck will follow afterwards at the Cañón De Carnué Land Grant in Tijeras, NM. Please be sure to bring a dish of your choice if you attend the potluck.
