Ramon Guillermo Sanchez ll, “Boy” 58, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away to be with the Lord on August 31, 2026.
Ramon was widely known for his happy to help attitude, he was known for his humble and loving heart. He had a unique ability to make people laugh with his many humorous sayings, and he loved sharing his beautiful voice as he sang all his favorite tunes. A true jack-of-all-trades, he worked as a talented handyman and possessed a remarkable green thumb. He always taught the importance of respect and never had a harsh word toward anyone. He was 13 years old when his father died and took on the burden of being the man of the family. A job he took pride in and exceeded expectations.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ramon G Sanchez; his son Ramon G Sanchez lll; his wife, Josephine Aranda; and his brothers in law, Mark Alderete, and Steve Aranda.
He is survived by his mother Tommie Sanchez; his loving daughter, Dominique Sanchez; Granddaughter Rozland Sanchez; God Daughter Alysha Aranda. He also leaves behind his devoted siblings, Geraldine Aranda, Carol Alderete, Rebecca Garcia and her husband Steve and Barbra Padilla. He had many nieces and nephews who absolutely adored him, and a community of friends who were lucky enough to have known him.
Services will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, located at 5415 Fortuna Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87105. A viewing will begin at 9:00 AM, following by a Rosary at 10:15 AM, and a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery.
Boy, you were deeply loved and cherished by your family. You’ll be truly missed every day. Our eyes are filled with tears and there’s a pain in our hearts that’s piercing deep.
In time the tears will be replaced with a huge smile when remembering the good times we’ve shared. We love you and your memory will linger on forever by all who knew you.
