Ramon Nonato Lopez

Ramon (Raymond) N. Lopez, age 85 passed away peacefully on July 31, 2023.  He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. 

Raymond was born to Ray and Mary Lopez who lived in the center of Old Town, where the house is still there.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Jon.

He is survived by his loving wife Ellen of 63 years, together they created a beautiful family and cherished many memories.  Raymond is also survived by his sons Gilbert and wife (Shirley), Andrew, his 5 grandchildren, Vanessa, Maria, Mark, G.J. and Jessica.  His 7 great-grandchildren, Andrea, Mark, Zay, Adrian, Aiden, Jaxson, and Jetta-Rose.

Special cousins, Louie and Ruthann Chavez and Helen Revelez.

Raymond’s Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on August 23, 2023.  Ramon will be laid to rest at Mt. Calvery Cemetery immediately following the funeral mass.
