Pearleane Wherry, age 70, passed away peacefully in Albuquerque, New Mexico on July 24th, 2026. She was born in Tennessee where she lived most of her life. She worked for Mark H. Luttrell Corrections Center for over 20 years before retiring in 2020. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She spent her free time sewing, crafting, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her son Pierre Wherry, daughter in-law Jenna, grandson Zeakeal, and granddaughter Amaryah Gonzales. Funeral Services for Pearleane will be held at Gray’s Creek Church in Arlington, Tennessee on September 4th, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
