Moira was born on March 19, 1959 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Alberta Kathryn Durkin & Felix Arabia. Moira attended school at Alamogordo High School in New Mexico. Moira married Paul Allen Potter on November 26, 1981. Moira was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved spending time outside gardening, hanging laundry, playing with her children and grandchildren in the snow and sun. She loved being involved with the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints especially teaching her primary class, along with this she uplifted so many serving as a facilitator in the addiction recovery support group. Her encouragement knew no bounds. She will forever be loved and missed.

A funeral service will be held on Friday January 27^th 2023 at 12:00pm with a public viewing preceding the service at 11:00am. The services will be held at The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints located at 18 Edgewood 7, Edgewood NM, 87015.
