Mary R. Armijo

Mary R. Armijo passed away peacefully on May 25, 2024 at the age of 76. She was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, NM, graduated from Albuquerque High School, and had a long career at Sandia National Laboratories as an administrative professional. She is preceded in death by her father, Frank Sandoval, mother, Esther J. Sandoval, and sister-in-law Maria Sandoval. She is survived by her son, Santino Armijo, one granddaughter, Stephanie Armijo, sister, Jennie Charrette, brother, David Sandoval, step-mother Lorie Sandoval as well as several nieces, great nephews and nieces, and many close friends.

Visitation and rosary will be held at Trujillo Family Funeral Home, 110 Alvarado Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 on July 2, 2024 from 4-6 pm.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at San Ignacio Catholic Church, 1300 Walter St NE, Albuquerque NM 87102 on July 3, 2024 at 10:00 followed by interment at Mount Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102.

Pallbearers will be Santino Armijo, David Sandoval, Joseph Chavez, Ronnie Sandoval, Adrian Leyva, and David Leyva, Jr.
