Marcos Adrian Griego

Marcos Adrian Griego, 22, of Albuquerque, New Mexico left this earth far too soon on Friday, September 5, 2025. He was born on August 25, 2003 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Terry Griego and Virginia Mendez-Griego. Marcos had many passions in life including his beloved Ford Mustang. He was a loyal friend and was quick to help others who needed support. He traveled the country for work and enjoyed spending time with his coworkers exploring new cities and trying new restaurants.

Marcos is survived by his parents Terry Griego and Virginia Mendez-Griego, his brother Daniel Piorkowski (Madison), and his sister Alicia Griego, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is proceeded in death by his maternal grandmother and grandfather and his paternal grandmother. We miss Marcos immensely but we find peace that he is now with God.

A formal viewing will take place on Monday, September 15th from 5:00-7:00 pm at Trujillo Family Funeral Home 110 Alvarado Dr SE Albuquerque, NM, 87108. A celebration of life will take place on Tuesday, September 16th, at 10:00am at Lirio de Los Valles Ministry 124 Texas St NW Albuquerque, NM, 87108 with a luncheon to follow.
