Linda Connie Salazar, born July 19,1974, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, was a deeply loved daughter, mother, sister, fiance, aunt, and friend. She will be remembered for the love she gave so freely, the strength she carried through life, and the lasting place she holds in the hearts of everyone who knew her.
Linda's life was defined by the connections she built and the care she showed to those around her. Her presence brought comfort, laughter, and warmth to her family and friends. She leaves behind memories that will continue to be cherished and a love that remains woven into the lives of those fortunate enough to have shared in her journey.
Linda will be lovingly remembered by her fiance, Albert Arizmendi; her daughter Daneca Varela-Salazar; her son Michael Gallegos; her father, Jose Orlando Salazar; her stepmother, Debbie Salazar; her mother Nancy Salazar; and her sister, Judy Salazar. She is also survived by her niece, Shaian Aldrette, and her nephews, Johnny Villegas and Roland.
She will also be deeply missed by her many friends, especially those at the VFW and the American Legion. Through these communities, Linda formed meaningful friendships and shared many moments of companionship, laughter, and support.
LInda was proceeded in death by her paternal grandmother, Consuelo Dominguez; her maternal grandparents, Henry Sr. and Antonia Cordova; her aunt, Norma Trujillo; and her uncles, Ben Salazar and Arsenio Jr. Trujillo.
The family extends special and heartfelt gratitude to Albert Arizmendi for the love, care, unwavering support, and devotion he gave to Linda during the final two years of her life and throughout her illness. His kindness and presence meant more than words can fully express.
Though Linda is no longer here to be held, her spirit, love, and memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who loved her. She will be forever missed, forever cherished, and forever loved.
