Johnny Nunez Castro

Johnny Nunez Castro, aged 45, of Odessa Texas, Died in Albuquerque New Mexico on September 4th 2022.

He was born May 28th 1977 in Odessa, Texas, to Maria De Guadalupe Castro and Juan Reyes Castro.

Johnny is survived by his five sons; Johnny Junior Castro, Anthony Castro, Caesar Castro, Xavier Artiaga, and Cameron Thompson; his one daughter; Yasmina Castro; his granddaughter, Leilani Castro-Sloggett; his siblings; Diane Alverado, Elizabeth Castro, and Ruben Castro; his mother; Maria De Guadalupe. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Johnny loved working on cars (especially Cadillac’s), the Dallas Cowboys, working in the oil fields, listening to music, and “kicking back”. Family was something that he always held close to his heart and we will never stop missing him. Thank you to everyone who has been present in his life, as he will carry on in our hearts.

A Viewing will be held on September 14th at 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with the Funeral service to take place September 15th at 11:00am to 12:00pm at the Trujillo Family Funeral Home Chapel.
