Joe Moises Aranda

Joe Moises Aranda, age 85 went home to be with the Lord on Sunday December 7, 2025. Joe was proceeded in death by his sister, Nancy Aranda and Rose Priscilla Villicana. Joe is survived by his wife of 64 years Lupita Aranda, his three children, Albert Aranda, Sandra Mancha, and Martin Aranda, along with his 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Joe is also survived by his two brothers Robert Aranda and Augustine Aranda.

Joe was a man of conviction and commitment to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As is evidenced in the many lives that he touched through church fellowship, in his vocation, and during his 40 plus years of service to the LORD in ministry. Joe served as a Bible teacher for men’s ministry groups, home Bible study groups, along with his volunteer work as a Bible teacher in Senior Citizen Centers.

Joe was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and trusted friend to those who knew him. Many received consolation from his wisdom, kindness, compassion, and grace. One of his greatest desires was to leave a Godly legacy for his family and others to follow after.

Joe is now in the loving and comforting arms of Jesus, and family and friends are comforted by this truth!

Services will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 10:00am at Citizen’s Church located at 10500 Copper Ave. Albuquerque, NM 87123.
