Jessica Veronica Hahn Age 45 of Albuquerque NM went home to be with the Lord October19,2025. She is survived by her partner of 15 years Carlos Alirez Jr, Father Jesse Vallejos, Children Mikayla, Raven, Martin, Esperanza & Mariana (Husband Jaden). Grand Children Arthur, Ariana & Ezekiel. Aunt Yolanda Vallejos, Uncle Jerry Vallejos, God Daughter Emily Rose Ziegler, Maternal Grandmother Gloria Romero, Stepfather Lawrence Sandoval, Sister Kasandra, Her service dog Chica, also many aunts, Uncle, Cousin, Niece and Friends. She is preceded in the death by her loving son Noah, Mother Debra Sandoval, Paternal Grandparents Nana Emma Vallejos & Jerry Vallegos, Maternal Grandfather Fidencio Romero, Aunt’s Rose Ziegler & Patricia Garcia, Uncle’s James and Eloy Romero.

A mass will be held on Wednesday November 12, 2025, viewing 8:00 am Rosary 8:30 am Mass 9:00 am at Holy Family Church 562 Atrisco Dr SW Albuquerque, NM 87105 After mass Family and Friends are all welcome to Holy Family Parish Hall for a luncheon.

A mass will be held on Thursday November 13, 2025 9:00 am at Church of Santa Rosalia Moquino Llano RD, Moquino NM. Burial to follow at Moquino Cemetery.
