**In Loving Memory of Jennifer Martinez**

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Jennifer Martinez, a cherished resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who left us on June 26, 2025, at the age of 41. Born to Peggy Ruiz and Ronald Martinez on August 6, 1983, Jennifer, affectionately known as Boo Boo by her mother and Jenna by her aunt and uncles, was a vibrant spirit who brought joy to everyone around her.

From a young age, Jennifer embraced her role as a big sister to Raeanna Ruiz, forming a bond that would last a lifetime. With her infectious laughter and bright smile, she was always the ray of sunshine in any room. Growing up, she was a tomboy, spending countless hours outdoors riding bikes and playing with friends and cousins.

Her passion for cosmetology blossomed during her high school years, a testament to her creativity and love for beauty. As a devoted mother, her pride soared with the birth of her first child, Anaya Norwood, on August 24, 2003. Jennifer's heart expanded even further as she welcomed twins Jade and Jada (18), son King (13), and little Ronda (6) into the world. She cherished each moment spent with her children, creating a home filled with laughter, music, and love.

Jennifer possessed a wonderful sense of humor, always ready with a joke or a story that could light up any gathering. With her penchant for horror movies and her unwavering love for pizza, Jennifer became known for her unique personality and the warmth she radiated. Her affection for animals, especially dogs and her newfound fondness for cats, further illustrated her kind nature.

Jennifer's legacy is carried on by her beloved children, Anaya, Jade, Jada, King, and Ronda; her dear sister Raeanna Ruiz; six nieces and one nephew; her supportive maternal grandparents; and numerous loving uncles, aunts, and cousins from both sides of her family.

She is preceded in death by her significant other, Overn Norwood; her father; her mother; paternal grandparents; her aunt Patricia Ludi; cousins John Paul Ludi Jr. and Chris Ludi, among others.

Though Jennifer's time with us was far too brief, her light touched many lives, and she will be deeply missed yet fondly remembered by all who knew her. Jennifer Martinez was a kind soul whose love and spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
