Janet C. Vigil-Wyer, age 85, of Albuquerque, NM passed away peacefully in the home of her son on July 25th, 2026.

Janet was born on January 14, 1941, in Clayton, New Mexico, to Agnes and Max Vigil. Her legacy of kindness, love, and quiet strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her son, Stephen Garcia-McCarthy, 61 his wife Pamela, their children Mia and Alano. Her sister Maxine Vigil Russell, her husband Larry, her daughter Alisa Perry, husband Dave and their two children.

A service to celebrate Janet’s life will be held on Saturday, 08/15/26 at Gate of Heaven at 9:00 A.M.
