Jacob “Jake” Carl Stamper,

Born on January 19, 1982 in Dallas, Texas, passed away on July 31, 2025.

Jake had a love for the land and the lifestyle that came with it. Ranching, guns, hunting, and all things cowboy weren’t just hobbies for him—they were a way of life. He was happiest under a wide-open sky, surrounded by the things and people he loved most.

Of all the roles Jake held in life, being a dad was the one he cherished most. His kids, Gunner and Mesa, were his pride and joy, and every lesson he taught and every moment he shared with them will continue to shape their lives for years to come.

He is also survived by his brothers, Jonathan (Wendy) Stamper and Josh (Kellie) Stamper; his nieces and nephews, Morgan (Jake) Gammons, Korryn Stamper, and Korbyn Stamper; and his great-nephews, Everett and Gus Gammons.

He is proceeded in death by his mother, Judy and his father Jimmy.

Jake’s life was full of grit, laughter, and a love for family. His memory will live on in every sunrise on the ranch, every hunting trip, and every cowboy hat tipped in his honor. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
