IN LOVING MEMORY OF
George Epifanio
Gonzales
April 3, 1966 – March 12, 2026

George, affectionately known as “Epi,” was a private man who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved watching movies, spending time with friends and family, and listening to music. He especially enjoyed being outdoors, often relaxing by a crackling fire. Most of all, Epi had a deep love for art history and was an avid collector of antiques. He had a gift for storytelling and was known for sharing many memorable stories and jokes with those around him.
He was a deeply protective and devoted family man who cared greatly for his loved ones.
He is survived by his sons, Isaac Gonzales and Daniel Gonzales; his daughter-in-law, Valerie “Kitty” Gonzales; his life partner, Valerie Gonzales; his stepchildren, Christina Gutierrez and her husband, Bobby Gutierrez, and Roberta Martinez and her husband, Mario Morales; as well as his cherished grandchildren.
He is also survived by his father, Epifanio Gonzales; his brothers, Ray Gonzales (Kitty), Joe Gonzales (Isabel), and Michael Gonzales (Edward Padilla); and his sisters, Virginia Gill (Felix Trujillo) and Elaine Flores. He leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Edwina Gonzales.
George will be remembered for his strength, his stories, and the love he had for his family.
