(Elias) Bobby Montoya, beloved son, brother, nephew and uncle, passed away unexpectedly on April 16, 2026. 

Born on November 24, 1979, to Robert Gallegos and Flora (Montoya) Gallegos. Born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. 

Bobby will be missed deeply by  those who knew him and will be remembered as always willing to help someone in need and just a phone call away for those that he loved.

Bobby is survived by his mom, Flora Gallegos, daughter MaryJane, sisters Ursula, Renee, Hope and Liz, several nieces and nephews and even some great nieces and great nephews.

He is preceded in death by his dad, Robert Gallegos, Grandpa Eusebio Montoya, niece Jasmine Ramirez and other family members that have left us too soon.

Services will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Parish (1818 Coal Pl. SE 87106) Friday May 8 @ 10:00am. 

Funeral reception to be held at Moose Lodge (2121 Edith Blvd. NE 87102) @ 12:30pm.
