Dolores Salazar

Dolores Pilar Salazar, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away peacefully on December 15,

2024, at the age of 88. Born on October 12, 1936, in Albuquerque, NM. Dolores dedicated her life to

nurturing her family and creating lasting memories filled with love.

Preceded in death by her devoted husband Luis Salazar and her beloved daughter Lorraine Salazar. She

is survived by her brother Ignacio Salgado and her loving children Maria Armendariz, Elena Archuleta,

Louie Salazar, Peter Salazar, Angel Salazar, Andres Salazar, Martha Salazar, her fourteen grandchildren

and thirty-five great-grandchildren.

Dolores was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her loved ones.

She loved cooking for her family and listening to her Spanish music while having her coffee. Dolores

leaves behind a legacy that will forever resonate within the hearts of those she touched. She will forever

be missed and will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and enduring love.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 PM at 

Trujillo Family Funeral Home at 110 Alvarado Dr. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
