Carol Lynn
Masters
January 17, 1950 – June 8, 2026
St Christopher's / San Cristóbal Episcopal Church
10:00 - 11:00 am (Mountain time)
With hearts full of gratitude and sorrow, we announce the passing of Carol Lynn Masters, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend. On June 8, 2026, Carol completed her earthly journey and entered eternal peace, surrounded by the love of her devoted husband, children, and sister.
Carol lived a life rooted in an unwavering faith in God, sustained by His grace and guided by love. She loved deeply, gave generously, and devoted herself wholeheartedly to her family, friends, and all those blessed to know her. Whether offering encouragement, extending grace, or standing steadfastly beside those she loved, Carol reflected Christ's compassion and faithfulness in her daily life. Her kindness, humility, and servant's heart left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.
Her legacy is not measured solely by what she accomplished, but by the countless lives she touched through her love, resilience, and faithful example. She lived with purpose, loved without reservation, and trusted God wholeheartedly. While her earthly presence will be profoundly missed, her family finds comfort in the promise of eternal life and rejoices in the assurance that she is now at peace in the presence of her Savior.
Carol is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, William Masters; her children, Christopher Masters (Brittney) and Carrie Wetzel (Matthew); her grandchildren, Kailyn, Meghan, Violet, Nash, and Elizabeth; and her sister, Susie Bell.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 18, at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Christopher’s Episcopal Church in Sun City, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Army Ranger Lead the Way Fund.
Though Carol's presence will be deeply missed, her example of fierce love, steadfast faith, and devotion to family will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.
