**Obituario de Aurora Macías**
Aurora Macías, una querida hermana, madre, abuela, bisabuela y tía, falleció
pacíficamente el 26 de mayo de 2024, a la edad de 91 años. Nacida el 12 de diciembre
de 1932, la vida de Aurora fue un testimonio de fe, amor, y devoción.
A Aurora le sobreviven su hermano, Rodolfo Macías, y sus hijos, Teresa Simental, Irma
Méndez (Oscar), Cruz Torres (Isabel) y Silvia Rivera (Gabriel). También fue una
orgullosa abuela de 12 nietos y 22 bisnietos, cada uno de los cuales trajo una inmensa
alegría a su vida.
Antecedidos en la muerte por su esposo, Cruz Torres, y su hijo, Ciro "Chilo" Torres, la
familia y los amigos de Aurora se consuelan al saber que ahora ella se ha reunido con
ellos en paz eterna.
La sonrisa de Aurora tenía la notable capacidad de iluminar cualquier habitación y su
dulce espíritu era una fuente constante de aliento para quienes la rodeaban. Amaba a
Dios con todo su corazón, fuerzas y alma, viviendo una vida profundamente arraigada
en la fe y la oración. Su amor inquebrantable por Dios y por los demás fue
incomparable y deja un legado de amor, fe y alegría que seguirá inspirando a todos los
que la conocieron.
Su familia encuentra consuelo al saber que Aurora descansa en paz en los brazos de
su Señor y Salvador, Jesucristo. Que su alma encuentre el descanso eterno y su
recuerdo siga brillando intensamente en los corazones de quienes amó y quienes la
amaron.
Se llevará a cabo un servicio para celebrar la vida y el legado de Aurora él 7 de junio
del 2014, en la iglesia Netherwood Park Church of Christ a las 4:00pm seguido por una

Aurora Macias, a beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt,
passed away peacefully on May 26, 2024, at the age of 91. Born on December 12,
1932, Aurora's life was a testament to faith, love, and devotion.
Aurora is survived by her brother, Rodolfo Macias, and her children, Teresa Simental,
Irma Mendez, Cruz Torres, and Silvia Rivera. She was also a proud grandmother to 12
grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought immense joy to her
life.
Preceded in death by her husband, Cruz Torres, and her son, Ciro "Chilo" Torres,
Aurora's family and friends take solace in knowing that she is now reunited with them in
eternal peace.
Aurora's smile had the remarkable ability to light up any room, and her sweet spirit was
a constant source of encouragement to those around her. She loved God with all her
heart, might, and soul, living a life deeply rooted in faith and prayer. Her unwavering
love for God and others was unparalleled, and she leaves behind a legacy of love, faith,
and joy that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Her family finds comfort in knowing that Aurora rests in peace in the arms of her Lord
and Savior, Jesus Christ. May her soul find eternal rest and her memory continue to
shine brightly in the hearts of those she loved and who loved her.
A service to celebrate Aurora's life and legacy will be held June 7, 2024, at Netherwood
Park Church of Christ at 4:00pm followed by a reception.
