Annette Owen

Annette Owen, 61, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on July 5 th, 2025.

Born on February 25 th, 1964 in Flagstaff, Arizona to Helen and Buddy Walker. Annette was the youngest of 5 children and was raised in West Valley, Utah. She moved to New Mexico, following her parents in the late 1980’s, where she earned her degree in Commercial Art from The Art Center Design College. Annette was a diverse and highly talented artist. She worked in Jewelry and Advertisement Design for many years. She also owned her own business and worked in Real Estate and Property Management.

Annette was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her spouse Bill Owen, mother Helen Walker, daughter Brittany Schoonover (Blaine), son Mason Doyle (Breezlyn), grandchildren Hailey Blattner and Delilah Doyle, and her sisters Shyrlee Rogers, Colleen Foard (Steven) and Connie Johnson. Annette was preceded in death by her father, Sherrel Buddy Walker, and brother, Rocky Duane Walker.
