Amalia Saiz

In Loving Memory of Amalia Saiz Amalia was born May 15,1929 to Miguel and Margarita Jaramillo in Carnuel, New Mexico. 

She entered into eternal rest on December 1, 2025 at the age of 96. Where she passed peacefully at Home surrounded by her daughters. Amaila returned to Our Lord, whom she served faithfully throughout her life. She was a member of The Holy Child Parish. Amaila enjoyed going to the Senior Center in Tijeras, NM, where she enjoyed exercises, made jewelry, played Bingo and socialized and laughed with friends. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by four daughters Angelina Garcia, Brenda Santistevan (Timothy), Jennifer Garcia (Lawrence), and Barbara Sanchez, and 21 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, two sisters Aurora and Corrine. Amaila is preceded in death by her Parents Miguel and Margarita Jaramillo, husband Ricardo Saiz, three sons Richard, Neri and Arthur, and two grandchildren, Jeannette Garcia, and Rosemarie Sanchez, siblings (Christino Jaramillo, Ella Calhourn, Isabel Garcia, Susie Higgs, Fermina Gonzales, Martha Alexander and Eloy Jaramillo).

Services will be at held at Holy Child Parish (19 Camino De Santo Nino, Tijeras, NM} on Wednesday December 10, 2025: Rosary at 9 AM, Mass at 10, Burial at San Antonio Cemetery, followed by Celebration of Life at the Land Grant (364 U.S. Rte 66, Tijeras NM). Pallbearers include Anthony Saiz, Brandon Garcia, Lorenzo Garcia, Ray Saiz, Mark and Kassi Sanchez. with Honorary Pallbearers Summer Griego and Nileya Garcia.
