Alfonso (AJ) Terrazas III

It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Alfonso (AJ)

Terrazas III at the age of 40, on Friday August 14, 2026. AJ was raised in Albuquerque

New Mexico but was a 13-year resident of Scottsdale Arizona. He is survived by his

beloved daughter Clair Rose Terrazas, parents Al and Kathy Terrazas; aunts and uncles

Sylvia and David Black, Mike and Virgina Francis and numerous cousins and extended

family. He is preceded in death by his brother Brian Terrazas, grandparents Patrick and

Dolores Francis and Alfonso and Sofia Terrazas. Memorial Services will be held at

Trujillo Funeral Home at 110 Alvarado Drive SE Albuquerque New Mexico 87108 at 10

am on Tuesday September 1, 2026. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery at

7999 Wyoming Blvd. NE Albuquerque New Mexico. In lieu of flowers donations can be

made in AJ’s memory to the American Heart Association.
