Alex David Anaya passed away at his home on June 29, 2026. The family asks that Alex be remembered not by the circumstances of his passing, but by the love he shared and the memories he created.

Alex is survived by his daughters, Jamie Anaya and her partner, Lyndsey, and Ashlee De Santiago, her husband, Fernando, and their children. He is also survived by his former wife, Heather and his two stepsons, Gary Preston and family and Michael Woods; his sisters, Leanne Bennett and family, and Lisa Chaffins and family; along with extended family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Cleo Anaya; his second wife, Rosanne Anaya; his sisters, Lorraine McCurdy, Lynn Anaya, and Germaine Voss; and his nephew, Anthony Sedillo.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Trujillo Family Funeral Home.

Flowers are welcome. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations to PB&J Family Services in Alex’s memory.
