Aaron Elijah Gonzales

Aaron Elijah Gonzales. 40 entered eternal rest on Aug 23, 2025. “Elijah” was born in the beautiful Espanola Valley. Elijah was a believer in Christ and was baptized at Calvary Church in Albuquerque, NM.

Elijah will be remembered most by his love of cars, art, woodworking, his infectious smile, and his generous heart.

Elijah is preceded in death by his father, David Gonzales, Grandfather George Gonzales, and 2 brothers: David “Lalo,” Richard Ivan Gonzales. He is survived by his mother, Christina Gutierrez; Brother, Robert Derby; Sisters: Michell Gutierrez, Mary Gutierrez, Davida Gonzales, Sheila Gonzales, Virginia “Rosie” Gonzales, Sabrina Gonzales, and brother Martine Gonzales. Elijah is the beloved nephew of Linda and George Khader and Linda Chinana.

Elijah is also survived by many of his nieces and nephews to include Aaliyah Castillo, Arissa “Nicole” Sewell, Sophia Medina, Natalie Gonzales, Aaron Gonzales, and Beckham Espinoza. Dommonik Gonzales-Rael, Valentino Rodriquez, Gabriel Marquez, Autumn Espinoza, Kylie Gonzales and Angel Gonzales. A special mention to Elijah’s sweet girl, Navaeh Jaramillo, whom he loved so much.

Services for Elijah will be held at the Trujillo Family Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
